Class Policies

Registration

Registration is based on a first come, first serve basis. Students may sign up late IF spaces are available. Prices are adjusted to reflect how many classes remain in a semester.

Attendance

Students are expected to attend all classes. There are no refunds for withdrawals or absences.

Robert & Patrick will do their best to get you or your child a makeup class. Makeup classes are not guaranteed nor owed. Makeup classes do not extend into future semesters.

Most of the time obtaining a makeup class is not a problem. Certain times the requested makeup time slot may be full, in which case a makeup class cannot be procured. If you know you or your child is going to miss a class please notify the studio as soon as possible.

Cancellation

If class is canceled then the last class of the semester will be moved to the following week. If the course cannot be extended a partial refund or credit towards another semester will be offered.
