Class Policies

Registration

Registration is based on a first come, first serve basis. If spaces remain available after the semester start date prices are adjusted to reflect the number of
classes remaining for that semester.

Attendance

Students are expected to attend all classes.
There are no refunds for withdrawals or absences.

Robert & Patrick will do their best to get you or your child a makeup class.
Makeup classes are not guaranteed nor owed.
Makeup classes do not extend into future semesters.

Most of the time procuring a makeup class is possible. If you know which dates you will be missing notify Robert or Patrick ahead of time so they can try and workout a makeup schedule. Certain time slots may be full, in which case a makeup class
cannot be granted. If you or your child will be missing a class it’s important to notify Robert or Patrick as soon as possible.

Cancellation

If class is canceled because of weather events or sickness, the last class of the semester will be moved to the following week. If the course cannot be extended a partial refund or credit towards another semester will be offered.
